BASE OF A TRANSISTOR :
⇒the base of a transistor is lightly doped , the base act as an intermediate proper junction for emitter and collector . base is thin and lightly doped so that the number of majority carriers becomes less . so the less number of electron - hole recombination takes place , so that the current that is emitted by the emitter without much difference is passed to the collector.

in most transistor emitter is heavily doped, it's a job it's too I emit or injectthe electron into basethe base lightly doped and very thin the collective store name because it is collect the electron from bace
