Bay of Bengal has more cyclone because, Trade wind flow from East to West direction.
Since Bay of Bengal is larger than Arabian sea, the formation of Cyclone becomes easy.
And mainly, Bay of Bengal is relatively warmer than Arabian sea so it helps cyclone to get more enery. Another thing is, Cyclone in Pacific Ocean weaken and comes to Andaman sea which helps in formation of new cyclone in Bay of Bengal.
That's the reason why Eastern coast of India experiences more cyclones than west coast.
