because light change its direction during refractin

ayushvasisht: why
perfect2003: their speed is change

Light changes it’s direction or ‘bends’ in refraction due to a change in it’s speed in different media of different optical density.

Eg: Speed of light in air is 3x10^8 m/s but in glass it’s 2x10^8m/s so it bends

ashblaze03: Thanks
