Benzyl amine is a stronger base as compared to aniline as Nitrogen in benzyl amine has a greater capability to donate electrons(Lewis theory of base).
Aniline has lesser capability to donate electrons as the lone electrons on Nitrogen of aniline are involved in resonance along the benzene ring.

Benzylamine is a stronger base than aniline because the lone pair of electrons on the nitrogen atom in aniline is delocalised over benzene ring. Hence, due to resonance in aniline, the lone pair of electron on nitrogen is less available for donation to suitable acid.
