Why bhutan don't have any PM ot president ?

Bhutan does not have any Prime Minister or president as there is a Kings rule in Bhutan.

As Bhutan is a constitutional monarchy with a Parliamentary form of Government.

The reigning monarch is
Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck.
