Well : Good question .. BtW accordingly literacy rate Bihar is not good in education , but there is too many students who have too much talent and creative mind too , but due to low faculty they don't comes to all over world .., if Bihari's students get some facility to our government they can do great for India in the term of technical field .. I know all we should know that Buhari's people have too much talent , we know that iit field , most of iitians are Bihari's .. Beacuse Bihari's students have more devolped mind to other one states . So we should respect to bihari .. there are many bihari students , who are in foreign , they are respected to foreigner .. Really , our national people are discriminate us. but foreigner love bihari , only they know what a bihari students. Bihari students have too much capability .. so our government should encourage him.. by giving scholarship or extra plan for Bihari's students
