Why bihar supplying labour to another states?​

in my opinion rather than Google baba

as bihar living people don't have much knowledge and they are village peoples and for the livelihood for their family they start 2 things to do

1 lauboring in any farm if very poor

2 doing farming

and lack of property is the reason for that as the any government doesn't want to do any good thing they only want money so the politics of bihar is corrupted.
