Dear bile juice is a dark green to yellowish brown fluid produced by the liver of most vertebrates.. although it does not contains any enzymes,it plays a crucial role in digestion of fats. bile juice has bile pigments like biliverdin and bilirubin. these break down large fats globules into small globules so that the pancreatic enzymes can easily act upon it...

■ Bile juice does not contain enzymes but it is very important for digestion of food.
In the absence of bile juice pancreatic enzymes can not act upon it. Because bile juice contains Bilirubin and Bilivedin.

The presence of Bilirubin and Bilivedin break down large fat globules into small globules so that pancreatic enzymes can act upon it.
