Because biogas can be used for making fertilisers and manure for there field which is not harmful as well as natural. It can also be used as a fuel and to generate heat and light electricity.It can also compressed to form CNG and Petroleum which can be very useful for villager as has large no. Of animals and hence biogas

because villagers does not have that much reach to LPG or other renewable sources of energy. ...........the reason is because of meagre income......so biogas is very cheap and usefull for the villagers as the energy lroduced by it can be used for cooking food and also other usefull stuffs ......and the remains can be used as manures......etc
