Why birds do not get shocked when they sit on electric wires?

generally a circuit will be completed when +ve end and -ve end touches each other. We can see that 3wires will be passing on the poles in different models arranged (1) +ve wire (2)-ve wire (3)neutral wire If a birds sits on one wire it's legs touches the wire at a time so current flows through the body ,nothing will happen to the bird.If a bird on +ve wire tries to kiss a bird on -VE wire then they will get a shock.We can see so many examples in our day to day life
