Why black objects appear black

actually we have range of seeing colour they are rainbow colors and all colors have its wavelengths but our eyes can see to 350 to 750 nanometers that all rainbow colors And any color which is beyond or above that range it looks as dark to us let it be any colors and fact is there are many another colors that we can't s ee they all look like as dark and black objects appear black because that object is reflecting that color that is beyond or above our range of our eyes to see that color and that is y it looks as black means dark
