Why black soil have to be ploughed before first shower?

The soil should be ploughed thoroughly before sowing of the seed as this helps the roots to penetrate deep into the soil. This also brings the nutrient- rich soil to the top. Another advantage of this method is that the particles of weeds will be uprooted completely from the soil. This also helps in the growth of benefitial bacteria.

Soil of all kinds do just fine without any human intervention at all. There is so much stuff going on below the surface, it kind of boggles my mind. Nematodes, microbes, fungi, chemical reactions, upheaval, roots penetration (Did you know roots smell out the nutrients they need for healthy plant growth?) and it goes on and on.
