Black soil is can hold moisture in it.
It needs to be tilted after first rain because it stores enough water required for farming.
If more rain occurs before tilting then the black soil is bound to become sticky and it becomes really tough for the farmers to work with such soil.
Therefore to avoid such nuisance, immediately after the first rainfall, the black soil requires tilting.
