why blacklash error is false?

Explanation:

Backlash error occurs in screw gauge, when we try to rotate the screw very fast to measure a reading then there is some slipping b/w the different screws instead of rotation, which gives an incorrect reading, to avoid this we should rotate the screw in only one direction.
