why blanket is wrapped around a person who catches fire instead of using water

Hi Buddy,
Actually when a person is caught by fire then he is warped by blanket instead of water because you surely knew that when water is evaporated then it releases oxygen and hydrogen and also fire is caused due oxygen so it using water will evaporates water and makes the person starve to die.
Now as blanket is able to trap the oxygen in the person so fire will not able to get the oxygen. so fire will go.

SO IT IS SAID TO USE THE BLANKET INSTEAD OF WATER ON A PERSON WITH FIRE...
