Why bleeding time is smaller than clotting time?

If bleeding time is less than clotting time it means that blood will flow Appropriately in vains and in case of injury, it would clot after a while , I mean depending on injury and a few other factors.

Keeping other variables constant for a given situation, if bleeding time is increasing but clotting time is reducing . Our blood will eventually end up being a blood clot in our vains / arteries.

Hence it it all about a balance between the two , and disorders or dis-balance in this equilibrium leads to coagulation disorders or bleeding disorders and are treated with medication but can be a serious health issues.
