why blue colour of copper sulphate solution become faded when iron filling are added to it ?

as iron is more reactive than copper therefore it displaces copper from the solution of copper sulphate to form iron sulphate and hence its colour fade and become green

Because fe is more reactive than copper that's why it change the colour of solution. This is displacement reaction.
