Acetic acid have a stronger hydrogen bonding .So, need a greater amount of thermal energy to break these bonds. 3- Acetic acid have a stronger inter-molecular forces of attraction. Acetic acid has more density thanethanol and, thus, it takes more heat to move the molecules of vinegar.
