But if they are provided books to read they'll be surely benefited. Internet has many injurious effects on our health but no bad effect can be expected from books.

Overall, its clear that books are much better than internet. In some cases to get daily updates we can use another written sources like newspaper. Instead of using Internet unduly, we must spend time in reading books of our interests.
