Hey dear here is your answer!!!!!!!

⏯️It's a quite interesting question ⏯️

⏯️⭐The scientific reason behind this is that when we sleep , our sixth sense of the brain get actives due to which we began to pictirise all our memories and thoughts in the form of dreams ⭐⏯️

⏯️⭐What we thought all over a day usually comes in our dreams ..⭐⏯️
⏯️For example :- when we generally see horror movies we think about them all day round due to which we usually see a horror dream in night too ⏯️

⭐⏯️ Hope it helps u dear.... ⭐⏯️

During dreams our eyes are not transmitting new information to brain. It's just brain that takes up bits and parts from memory stores and 'sees' it as dreams.
Dreams can make you feel happy, sad, or scared. Some experts say we dream at least four to six times per night.
Some researchers say dreams have no purpose or meaning and are nonsensical activities of the sleeping brain. Others say dreams are necessary for mental, emotional, and physical health.
Researchers are still trying to figure out exactly why we dream.

HOPE IT HELPS YOU.
