The britishers believe that the act of writing was important because at that time there are very few people were educated when these people read anything they said to the uneducated people and the uneducated people's believes him that they are right.
2=At that time too much newspaper start printing such as kesari afyet sometime the britishers pass the vernacular press act.In this act if a press print unwanted things first it warned but second time it's printing machines were snatched by britishers.
3=The writing was two important because it create the curiosity to the people to get freedom by some slogans,songs etc.
