Why bromine exists as liquid?

Bromine is a liquid because the intermolecular forces are strong enough so that it does not vapourise. Br forms diatomic molecules and van der Waals interactions are sufficiently strong. Silver however is definitely a solid with strong metallic bonding.

It is a non metal it exist in state of liquid because force of attraction or (Cohesion) between particles are more than gas and less than Solid
