Iron and bronze still stands out in comparison to stone age because of the following reasons.

The iron led to easy and faster growth in agriculture as there were tools that were made out of iron and bronze.

The iron and bronze led to building materials that led to development in architectural and design.

The metals also led to growth in transportation by building of railways.
