But according to the Buddha , the problem of suffering goes much deeper. life is not deal : it frequently fails to live up to our expectations . human being are subject to desires and cravings , but even when we are able to satisfy these desires , the satisfaction is only temporary .

Some scholars Don't recognise buddhists as an organized religion , but rather , a " way of life " or a " spiritual tradition " Buddhism encourage it's people to avoid self indulgence but also self denial . Buddha most important teaching , known as The Four Noble Truths , are essential to understanding the religion .
