why bulb have only 2 terminals

there are only two wires or ends of any supply that are +ve and -ve

The bulb glows when there is a flow of charge. The flow will be present only when charges go in and come out as the charges cannot stay inside the bulb. Thus two terminals are present, one for inlet and the other for outlet.
