1) If you have target based job then you will always have sales pressure to achieve target.
2) If you report late 2–3 days continuously then they will ask you to leave.
3) Leaving office late-who cares but coming office late-everyone starts pointing you.
4) If you have rotational time based job then you have to take a good care of your health. Take proper diet, exercise and sleep.
5) You need to apply for leaves quite well in advance. Even that is first come first serve basis.
6) You have fixed earnings and need to maintain balance your monthly expenses.
7) Sometimes you may have to miss some parties, family functions and festivals as well.
8) You need to give your best then only step by step you will reach at a higher designation.
9) Working with people you like is kinda fun at work.
10) Your kids have to start their career from starting point only.
Business:
1) There is no target but still you have to plan out the ways to expand your business.
2) It’s your business and you are the owner so no need to worry about it that when you are reaching but still you should maintain opening/closing time.
3) It’s completely depend how much time you are giving to your business because as far as you are loyal towards your business success will reach you.
