Why can china cannot be called a democratic country

China can't to be called as democratic country because it is ruled by a single party that is known as Communist Party of China in that no one can take part without the approval of the Communist Party of China in elections

because there is only one majority party there which is communist party.And people are forced to elect from there only,so,we can't say China as a democratic country.
