In human anatomy the pina having a stipulated size can not gather sounds of low frequency.

The lowest frequency that can be grasped by humans is 20Hzs.

Elephants having big ears can hear even a slight sound.

Even dogs are equipped to hear very low frequency sounds.

However, humans can’t hear.

⭕Humans cannot hear less frequency than 20Hz and more than 20,000Hz.

⭕In our everyday life, we hear frequency between 200 to 6,000 Hz.

⭕As we become old our capability of hearing starts decreasing below 20,000Hz.

⭕Sound below 20Hz is called infrasound and above 20,000Hz is called ultrasound.

⭕We have small ears because of that our pinna cannot take much sound at a time. That is why we are not able to listen frequency low than 20Hz.
