it is available at day and night it a luminating object . even stars also present during day time but the sun light is dominant , it won't allow us to see the low intensity light of stars . however moon intensity is slightly comparable with the sun . so we can see the moon at early morning or during sunset ( when the intensity of sun be comes less or comparable with moon )
