Why can liquids flow but solids cannot?​

Liquids flow because their particles are loosely bonded unlike in solids where particles are closely bonded. Molecules in solids are tightly compressed thus canonly vibrate but don't flow unless the bonds are broken down.

Beacause the molecules of liquids are loosely packed which enables a liquid to flow... And solids have tightly packed molecules. It is the reason why solids can't flow like liquids .
