as a citizen of india we can't refuse payment in rupees bczz it is authorised by govt. ...there is one law fr all ...a citizen hv to follow a rule and regulation ...if he refused it in rupees than indirectly he is nt obeying the country's law...so it is illegal...hope u will understood...well if nt thn can ask...
