Why can one not burst crackers on the road?

Because it spreads toxic gases and pollutes the air it would be hard for asthmatic patients to breathe that air that is polluted thus it also causes sound pollution which is harmful for us or it may disturb the residents who were living near that roads so don’t burn firecrackers on the road
