a deaf and blind person cannot converse properly because we speak when we listen , without listening we cannot know the pronunciation.

A human talks and converse to each other with the help of their senses usually the most important role is played by eyes and ears if a person is blind he can't see anyone and is unable to talk with someone properly by pointing them out and can't understand the expressions and the emotions of a person except the voice which we can hear and if a person is deaf he can speak he can see the person to whom he is talking but can't understand the feelings and emotions of the person to whom he is saying because he can't hear the voice of the person he can't understand what the person is willing to speak and it becomes a barrier in the conversation therefore we can see a blind and a deaf person feels uncomfortable ATI during conversation and therefore can't Converse with someone easily Like The Other rest of the peoples...
