Why can't a private or personal land be used by a community??? Difference between private land and community land (atleast 3) each.

Private land - private land means which belongs to you and only to your kids or to those who you wish you can make anything at that place like a banglo,swimmingpool,badminton court etc...

community land- community land mean which belong to many more people you can't make your own home u have to make a community place u cannot make anything without other permission....
