Explanation:

In the “presence of sunlight” with the help of water and carbon dioxide, Humans and animals aren’t able to prepare food. They can’t prepare ‘food’, with the help of water and carbon dioxide because humans and animals do not have the chlorophyll pigment. This pigment is only present in plants and in some bacteria.

The food preparation with the help of “sunlight, water and carbon dioxide” is called as photosynthesis. For photosynthesis chlorophyll pigment is must.
