Why can't be AIDS transmitted through mosquitoes even if the infected blood is carried by the mosquitoes from a person to person?.......is this possible by other disease carrying vectors too????

Because the mosquito does not have T cells that are present in humans. So the AIDS virus does not get a host cell. Also the digestive system of mosquito digests the blood. So if HIV virus is present in blood it gets digested or killed. I hope my answer helps you.
