why can’t government print more money to pay off debts and make everybody rich

They are printing in a huge way and there is limit for this too and also if government will pay all the debts than the people will not able to do hardwork and the country will not grow and this is not the solution of this problem and the problem is not that why everyone is not rich or why everyone facing poverty?but the question why nobody is showing his/her skill or not doing hardwork? and it also not possible to make entire country into a rich man and printing this much money is a lit impossible but I m not saying that there is no solution of this problem but I am saying this is not a solution for this problem....
If government print more money than people will not get the real value of the money
