Why can't hot air balloons fly higher then helium balloons?

Hot air balloons rise because theheated air is less dense and therefore lighter than the surrounding air. ...Helium balloons rise because heliumis lighter than the surrounding air. As ahelium balloon gains altitude, thehelium inside expands and becomes less dense, thus enabling the balloonto continue rising

Hot air balloon float because air trapped inside the balloon get heated up by the burner and become less denser, and the lift is produced which is more than the weight of balloon and the balloon floats. but still can't float as high as the Helium balloons because helium is very light and very less denser.The lift provided by Helium balloon is far higher than the lift provided by hot air balloon.So,Helium balloon floats higher than hot air balloon.
