see Indians can go to America but not for settlement only for traveling or for any occasion or event
see if think why not for settlement then the reason is no job vacancy for American coz many engineers from India try to take job in America due to which the job vacancy for American is less coz all the engineers are indians and India's population is increasing and if we see then the land is very less as compared to population so we try to settle in other countries so most of us travel to West and settle there due to which population in America and other countries get disturbed
for settlement in countries like America you should get a job from companies of America coz only they are the way to get settle coz they will give you transfer order and you will also get Visa for it but if you try to go to America and settle and get job then it will be hard for you to get Visa for it
