It is not that Jessica doesn't recognise Lorenzo's voice but her fear that makes her confirm. As she is eloping with Lorenzo she must make sure she doesn't get caught, the situation is bound to make her nervous and a little scared and her attire as a boy makes her a tad bit embarrassed adding to her nervousness, it is because of this that she confirms if it was truly her love Lorenzo. (Also) she didn't want anyone else to see her dressed as a boy.
