Why can't neurons be replaced?

Neurons can't be replaced or repaired because it could cause more damage if it did. It could mess up the neuro-pathways that have been already made. They could mess up the connection and cause more problems.

More recently ,biologists have discovered that nerve cells probably can regenerate ....this has been a problem for people who injure their nerve or neurons system . damage to the neurons system can often cause a person to be paralzed these broken nerve can't regenerate their neurons to fix themselves.......
