Why can't t i answer some questions in Brainly????

I mean, some times 'Answer' button is not seen...
Y???

And when sometimes the button is there, it shows that 'U can't answer it right now'....
Why?????​

because if this comes 'U can't answer the question right now' or answer option doesn't comes then it means someone else is answering the questions

because only two people can give the answer in one time and if you can't see the answer button means two people are already giving the answer
