This will not work it will need Electro magnets, as electro magnets have high power as compared to common magnets.

Mass of vehicle is to large, so it requires power electo magnet

mate u are really like me i respect ur imagination

see the reson is pretty obvious whatever the polarity may be does not concern but the effect of the repulsion will be felt on a single machine the car which is a system in this case

so the combined effect of attraction and repulsion on a single body gets cancelled hence the body will not move

u can contact which such fantastic thoughts of urs really errr provided im not doing a headstand at that time lol
