Why can't we blame the youngsters for wanting to migrate to other countries​

We cannot blame the youngsters for wanting to migrate to other countries because they want to go there for better job opportunities and better standards of living.

EXPLANATION:  

• With the growth of globalization around the world, there has been a tremendous increase in the trend of youngsters especially well educated ones to migrate to much developed countries of the West particularly USA.
• This migrating of qualified people from our country to other developed countries is termed as Brain Drain.
• But, we cannot blame it all on the youngsters because there are several reasons why they are going there.
• First is the lack of infrastructure in India which has very little scope of progress with the on going rate of corruption in the country.
• Second the standard of living and job opportunities are very low in India, that's why they migrate in search of better opportunities.
