Why can’t we cut a stream of water with fingers easily?

because of the force of attraction between the molecules of water they get attracted back to each other like a magnet does,but only at a much lower rate of attraction

we cant cut becoz waterz speed z so much high that it finds its own way....nuthing can cut water as it z a liquid and liquid particles are spread in almost all directions...
