Hi friend,
It is not possible for dividing of two vectors.
This is because if we divide two vectors the direction will be cancelled each other and remaining magnitude only exists.
That means only scalar products will be exists which is against the vector rules.

It is pointless a vector with magnitude as i in x axis divided by j in y axis will give nothing as benefit.
