Answer:

In ordinary arithmetic, the expression has no meaning, as there is no number which, when multiplied by 0, gives a (assuming a ≠ 0), and so division by zero is undefined. Since any number multiplied by zero is zero, the expression 00 is also undefined; when it is the form of a limit, it is an indeterminate form.

It's not that it's " impossible " to divide by 0 , it's simply not defined. Intuitively , this means that if we were to take a number n and say that n ÷ 0 = q , then the quotient q , whatever it was ,would not make sense based on the meaning and properties of division.

Equal Sharing Scenario:-

Imagine there were 10 cookies , and 5 kids shared them equally. How how many cookies would each kid get?

10 cookies ÷ 5 kids = 2 cookies per kid

Now imagine instead that there were 10 cookies and 0 kids shared them equally. how many cookies would each kid get ?

This makes no sense! There are no kids, so it is not possible to say each kid gets any number of cookies.

10 cookies ÷ 0 kids is not equal to any number of cookies per kid

Try applying this logic to your favorite real-world rate or ratio problem scenario.

Hope it helps uh ✨
