Why can't we get temperature below 0 kelvin or -273centigrade?

Zero kelvin temperature or -273 degree Celsius temperature volume of matter goes to zero . means no matter exist in this temperature .
according to Charles law :-
volume of any gases directly proportional to temperature .
e.g V =Vo (1+t/273)
where t is temperature in degree Celsius .put V=0
t=-273 degree Celsius or zero temperature . hence , gas loss their volume in -273 degree Celsius .
so we can't get temperature below -273 degree Celsius .
