Why can't we prevent the disease of virus

virus attack the organs with cannot be perished by simple anti biotics but the bacteria has a pathway which is broken by the antibiotics whereas the virus doesn't have such pathways and the use human organs and system to reproduce and spread their cause this we cannot prevent viruses..
also virus becomes active after entering the human body only and not outside..
it is undetectable outside this it cannot be prevented...
