Why can't we see our image in a white sheet of paper

bez...the white sheet paper is not smoot and when you see in front of paper your eyes ray reflacted to sheet and but it not overlape it again reflacted back at another angle so due it we not see our image...

as paper is not smooth and polished surface as mirror as a result of which reflection does not occur.
it neither allows light to pass through it as a result of which refraction also does not occur.
if refraction would have taken place then atleast partial reflection would have occurred.
